RETURNS POLICY 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer returns/replacements purely on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavour to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be. The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.

The customer shall convey the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).

In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will take 2 working days to review your return request. After that we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges as per details provided by you. After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Kindly take a  note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed through www.cloudmystery.com can be cancelled only if they are not shipped already and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www,cloudmystery.com and dispatched from our warehouse.

CLOUDMYSTERY has right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund (if your request is feasible as per above mentioned conditions) within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

SHIPPING POLICY

Cash on delivery is available on select Indian pin-codes.

Shipping charges of ₹60 for COD orders.

Please allow following number of  days from receipt of your order.

For domestic – 7 to 14 business days.

Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. CLOUDMYSTERY takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

CLOUDMYSTERY is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
